Terms & Conditions


In the terms and conditions set out herein, (a) "Solosso" or “us” or “we” means Solosso Pte Ltd.; and (b) "Customer" or “you” means the person who is at least 18 years of age and buying or requesting services and / or products from Solosso.

General Terms

This agreement is valid, until further notice, between the Customer and Solosso. In the event of any other agreement is to be executed, please contact us before completing your purchase.
The information contained in this website has been prepared solely for the purpose of displaying and providing general information about Solosso, its partners and the services that they offer.
While every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate, it does not constitute any form of advice, recommendation, representation, endorsement or arrangement by Solosso.
The information on this website is believed to be reliable and trustworthy, but it is subject to change at any time without notice to the Customer. Solosso does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information contained on this website. By accessing this website, you agree that Solosso will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained in this website or from your access of other material on the internet via web links from this website.
We may change the terms and conditions contained herein at any time. If any of these terms and conditions is invalid and/or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
The copyright in the material contained in this website shall, at all times, belong to Solosso. Solosso and its associated logo are officially trademarked. Solosso reserves the right to legally pursue any unauthorised use of its brand name and logo.
We reserve the right to use pictures of your produced shirt, taken before we send it to you, for marketing purposes.


If a fabric is out of stock after the Customer has placed the order, the Customer will be notified of the expected restocking date or offered a comparable fabric. Solosso does not guarantee the consistent appearance of any fabric. Garments ordered separately using the same fabric might change in appearance.
Solosso will make every effort to represent a fair image of the cloth, but the Customer understands and agrees that different fabric production runs and varied computer monitor settings means that sample fabric and images may vary from the final garment.

Price Agreement

The goods are always sent to you directly from Switzerland or Thailand. Possible VAT and customs duty are not included in the prices. There is an exemption quota in most countries that allows some merchandise, depending on the value of the package, to be received free from taxes and duties. The exemption quota varies from country to country. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

Payment Agreement

Payment against orders may be made through Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards and PayPal accounts. Depending upon your choice on the website, prices are quoted in CHF, EUR, USD or GBP, but the base price is always in USD. All prices in other currencies are calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Be aware that your credit card company may use slightly different exchange rates than our website if you pay in another currency than USD. There are no additional charges levied by us for payments made by credit cards. The processing of your order will begin after we have received the payment for the order.
If your payment transaction is successful, you will receive an email with a description of the order and the personal data submitted. If you fail to receive this message, there might be a temporary network problem or a spelling mistake in the email address. In either case, you are advised to contact customer support at info@solosso.com.

Order Agreement

Solosso will ensure that the garments delivered correspond with the order placed by the Customer and processed through the Solosso order system. Solosso will also ensure that all garments are made in line with the measurements either provided by the Customer or the Solosso tailor.
If you choose the “Measure Yourself” measurement option, the measurements of the custom dress shirt are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (slim, normal or loose fit). The fit guarantee is only provided to customers using the "Measure Yourself" option. The fit guarantee guarantees that the shirt will really fit you, or in other words, that our "Measure Yourself" option will result in a fitting shirt, provided you closely followed the instructions. However, should you by mistake have selected the wrong cut (chosen slim cut and now you want to have it loose) or made other obvious mistakes that could have easily been avoided by reading the instructions, the fit guarantee does not apply. As a matter of course, we do not expect you to be experienced in taking measurements and thus smaller mistakes can happen and are covered by the fit guarantee. If you choose the “Measure your favourite shirt” option, the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as on the original shirt. However, we cannot guarantee that the seams and the design will be identical to the original shirt. We generally accept a slight variance from the original measurement. We cannot guarantee that your shirt made to the measurements from our size chart will have a perfect fit. That is why we always recommend you use the “Measure Yourself” option instead.
Please be aware that sometimes there are visible chalk marks on our tailored shirts, which will dissolve after the first wash. We continuously strive to further improve the quality of our products and introduce new designs to our custom dress shirts and website. That is the reason why sometimes two of our tailored shirts can differ a little, especially if they were ordered at different times. Shirts made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade due to normal variations in the dyeing process. If any other problems occur, we will do our best to solve them as soon as possible as we value our customer’s opinion.
Solosso shall not be liable for the following:
- any monetary or other loss incurred by the Customer resulting from an order or other contact with Solosso
- any loss or additional expense relating to a change in the dimensions of a Customer’s measurements after the order was placed.
- making any style changes to an order that are requested after the order has been placed and processed
- any fees and costs incurred by the Customer in accepting and / or collecting his/her garment.

All fees, charges and prices are subject to change without prior notice.


Our custom-made products are usually delivered within approximately four weeks (free worldwide shipping for all orders over USD 200). However, we do not guarantee delivery times as we do encounter unforeseen factors. In certain circumstances, such as when the fabric has run out, the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days. We always do our best to maintain the approximately four weeks shipping time and deliver our goods to your door as swiftly as possible. Learn more about shipping.

Refund Policy / Warranty

If the garments delivered do not correspond with the order placed by the Customer and processed through the Solosso order system, Solosso will offer you a new product free of charge. Solosso shall bear the cost for returned shipments under the condition that you return the custom-made product in the same box as it was delivered in, and send such returned shipment through the least expensive shipping method.
Every product we sell is unique and tailored to one client’s specific measurements and appearance. Therefore, refunds can only be given in exceptional circumstances and are at the discretion of the company management. As our Customer, you are responsible for the measurements provided by you.

Cancellation Policy

You will have time to cancel the order until the production of your garment has begun, which is normally done within 24 hours after the time of purchase by the Customer. You will then be eligible for a full refund, pursuant to such a request for refund placed by you.

Customer Service

In order to maintain attractive prices for great quality products, we keep our overhead costs at a minimum. One implication of this is that our customer support provided over telephone is very limited. We handle all customer contacts by e-mail info@solosso.com and we are committed to respond to all queries within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

Liability and Indemnity

Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on our website, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use of this website, we shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatsoever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us). You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you. We may terminate your use of this website immediately if we find that you have breached these terms and conditions.

Force Majeure

In case of the occurrence of a force majeure event the terms and conditions of this agreement shall stand terminated with neither the Customer nor Solosso being entitled to any compensation. Solosso considers force majeure events as war, mobilization, political revolt, terrorism, strikes, legislative changes, natural catastrophes, the lack of on-time delivery by suppliers to Solosso, and any other circumstances that are beyond Solosso’s control.


The terms and conditions contained herein and all matters connected with any order you place on our website are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you agree to submit all matters connected with or arising out of the use of this website and/or any order you place on the website to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts.
